A huge thank you to you and your staff for yesterday. All our group had a great time and loved the venue.

I just wanted to send you an email to thank you and your staff for an amazing event on Saturday. Everything went to plan and there were no issues, Mike was great and couldn’t do enough for us and both female staff members were really helpful and friendly! Most people commented on how great the venue and staff were and loved it and they are already asking me to do another one to return there! So, thanks again for all your help in accommodating us, it’s very much appreciated and please pass on my thanks and words to your staff!

We’ve been meaning to email to say thank you so much. It was a brilliant day and so many people commented on what a great venue it was. It exceeded our expectations and the staff were lovely. Michael especially went out of his way to help us so special thanks to him. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you if someone was looking for a party venue.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you! our event last night was a great success and loved/enjoyed by all. Wanted to also express a huge thank you to the bar staff, literally from 11:30am they were attentive, supportive and a real credit. This is a wonderful venue with wonderful staff and we’re so pleased we hosted our wedding here. I cannot fault a thing about the venue, staff or the service received both in the lead up to the day and on the day itself.

I cannot recommend hiring the Eagle & Ball enough and I cannot praise John, James and all the staff highly enough either. We had the most wonderful day as did our guests and everything at the pub ran so smoothly and that is down to the willing helpfulness and enthusiasm of John and the Team. The pizzas we pre-ordered were brought out at exactly the right time and went down a treat with our guests (and John’s advice about how many to order was spot on!). The food we’d pre-delivered to the pub was set up exactly as requested, we had two different Spotify playlists that were played exactly when they needed to be. We needed to use the microphone at various points throughout the day and this was made readily available when needed. Absolutely everything we planned, needed and asked for was delivered on the day preciously when and how we needed it.

Everything went exactly as we had hoped, the food was spot on and my mother in law was pleased with her gluten free option.

Everyone I have spoken with had a great evening. Personally I would recommend your pub for hire out and maybe we will do it again in the future.

From initial enquiry to after-event communications we’ve been so pleased with how we’ve been dealt with and supported. We’re very grateful to the team behind-the-scenes as well as the staff who were on duty during the event for making our party a success and truly memorable. We’re now trying to work out how many more parties we can have at The Eagle & Ball!
